A hidden gem in the city

Woke up to a peaceful morning with my spacious balcony overlooking the greenery. The staff was not only attentive but also graciously accommodated all my requests.

However, I faced some inconvenience with the shower's water spillage. the absence of a curtain made it tricky to keep the bathroom dry.

I stayed in a shabby room that had cockroaches. When I called for assistance, the staff's attitude was appalling and dismissive. Even though they eventually moved me to a different room, it was still infested with flies and had plumbing issues. I felt completely disregarded as a guest, and the lack of apologies from management made it even worse.

We had a lovely stay with a spacious bathroom that was perfect for bathing our baby. The pool was nice, especially when it wasn't crowded. Breakfast options were varied and satisfying.

Good stay but needs improvements

We spent 3 nights here and the room was comfy. The washing machine with a dryer was a lifesaver! We found some tasty local restaurants just a short stroll away. However, the cleaning service was kinda hit and miss, and we never got enough towels. I wished they could do better on that.
